1. Shipping Locations

We deliver to almost all pincodes across India via our trusted courier partner, Shiprocket.

2. Processing Time

• Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process and pack your order with love and care.

• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to location or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.

• Any "Free Shipping" offers will be applied automatically at checkout if applicable.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS provided during checkout. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any transit damage or missing items, we require a complete unboxing video (from opening the seal to showing the product). Without this video, we may not be able to process claims for damage during shipping.
